Eating for Two?

Contrary to popular belief, you really do not need to eat for two! But your little one is growing day-by-day and derives important nutrients from your diet. 
Understanding what to eat, what to avoid and how to eat will help in a balanced weight gain for you, right nutrition for your baby and also help you to keep gestational diabetes, heartburn and constipation at bay.

Prenatal Fitness

As your tummy and back adjust to the new life growing inside you, prenatal exercises help in preventing aches and pains. 
You also acquire stamina and endurance for handling long hours of labour. Remember, labour takes only hours, but needs months of preparation!

Your Baby’s Birth

Giving birth is a very challenging, but rewarding experience. At UTSAV, you learn that birth is a natural process and understand how to cope with labour contractions.

UTSAV aims to enhance this bonding by helping you learn the nuances of breastfeeding and imparting the new skills of holding, massaging and bathing your new born.
